PaidGig Community Standards
Effective September 8, 2026. These standards are part of our Terms of Use and apply to profiles, jobs, applications, photos, messages, reviews and work evidence.
Keep people safe
Do not post or send threats, harassment, bullying, hateful or discriminatory content, sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse material, pornography, non-consensual intimate content, graphic violence or encouragement of violence or self-harm. Do not share another person’s private information without authorization.
Keep work legitimate
No fraudulent jobs, impersonation, scams, spam, malware, illegal goods or services, deceptive payments, exploitation or content that infringes another person’s rights. Describe work and pay accurately. Reviews must reflect genuine experience; do not retaliate, manipulate ratings or demand favorable reviews.
Report and block
Use Report on content or a user to submit a concern. Use Block to prevent direct messages and supported new interactions; manage your blocks in Account safety. Blocking does not erase contracts, records or existing obligations. For an active-work safety concern, stop unsafe activity and contact support. PaidGig is not an emergency service; contact local emergency services when there is immediate danger.
Review and enforcement
Administrators review reports and may remove content or suspend accounts. Reports and enforcement decisions are retained as needed for safety and disputes; a report is not automatically proof of wrongdoing. Do not abuse reporting tools. To challenge a decision or report content you cannot access, contact founder@paidgig.app with the relevant details, without passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.
