Using PAiDGiG

PAiDGiG connects businesses and independent workers to discover and coordinate gig opportunities. You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and use the service lawfully.

Accounts and work

You are responsible for activity under your account. Businesses are responsible for the jobs they post and workers are responsible for deciding whether an opportunity is appropriate for them. PAiDGiG does not guarantee that a job will be filled, that a worker will be selected, or that any engagement will be completed.

Independent relationships

Using the platform does not create an employment, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship between PAiDGiG and a user, or between a business and a worker. Users are responsible for their own agreements, safety practices, permits, insurance, taxes, and legal obligations.

Pilot payments

During the current pilot, the product's payment features are not a money-transfer service. Payment arrangements must be agreed directly between the business and worker unless PAiDGiG expressly announces a supported payment service.

Content and community standards

Our Community Standards form part of these terms and govern all profiles, jobs, applications, messages, reviews and uploads. Do not post illegal, threatening, hateful, harassing, exploitative, pornographic, fraudulent or privacy-invasive content, spam or malware. You must have the right to submit your content. By submitting it, you permit PaidGig to host, display to the appropriate participants, and moderate it for operating the service.

Use the in-app report and block controls to raise concerns. We may remove content or suspend accounts for violations and review appeals through founder@paidgig.app. Blocking or account deletion does not erase existing work, payment or legal obligations. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the pilot evolves. Material changes will carry a new effective date. Questions can be submitted through the contact form.
